Commissioner Bever’s crucial district encompasses several pivotal localities, including the vibrant communities of Liberty and Cherryvale, along with a part of Independence. His expert business acumen, honed throughout his celebrated career in leadership and administrative management, has proven to be an invaluable asset to our flourishing county. Among his many achievements, Commissioner Bever has served with distinction as the Director of Public Works, further reinforcing his qualifications and expertise as a visionary, driven leader. He also serves as a member of Kansas County Commissioners Association (KCCA) and is on the Executive Board for the SE District. He is a board member for Montgomery County Action Council and a board member of SE Kansas Works. As a distinguished member of our county’s board of commissioners, Commissioner Bever remains steadfastly committed to the ongoing prosperity and growth of all the communities he proudly represents.
