The Montgomery County Health Department is part of the Local Emergency Preparedness Coalition (LEPC) that serves Montgomery County and assists surrounding counties in the event of a major emergency. We are partnered with local and rural fire services, police, sheriff, hospitals, home health agencies, and local businesses to train and have plans in place for prompt accurate response to the needs of the community in the event of a major emergency.
