Mother and Infant Services
The Mother and Infant Services are preventative health services for pregnant and postpartum mothers and their infants. There is no cost for these services.

Challenges Facing a Pregnant Teen
The Health Department provides pregnancy testing and additional support services as identified. The Mother and Infant Program includes laboratory testing, nutritional management, education, social services, and referrals to community resources. The Health Department staff provide an ongoing assessment throughout the pregnancy up to one year after birth.

Teen Pregnancy
If you are a pregnant teen or have a pregnant teen in your home, we are here to provide extra support. The nurse can provide assistance and links to community resources that may be needed and specific to the needs of mom and baby.
